I have circumstances that have made my situation quite difficult in that I connect directly with the Australian Tax Office and therefore have hidden security measures installed in my software. I also recently signed up with AAPT for broadband and was not not told that the modem does not support a network, all in all there were numerous variables that he should not have had to contend with, not to mention my frustration …….. In all this I found Stephen to be patient, professional and above all he GOT THE SYSTEM WORKING. He accommodated my business hours in that he came after hours and on weekends (including one Sunday) and I have no hesitation in recommending Stephen for all computer needs. His pricing was extremely reasonable…………… Again I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough
